As humans, we seek perfection. It's why I love sales. When you perfect the sales process and close a deal seamlessly, it becomes art. At the age of 12, I was telemarketing for my uncle selling garbage bags for 5 cents. Since then, I have worked, managed, supervised, operated, and launched call centers across sales, financial, real estate, legal, insurance, retail, hospitality, food, IT, and startups, domestically and internationally. Due to my extensive experience, I bring a 360 degree view, as I have built training & learning curriculum, quality assurance processes, sales programs, customer support white glove experience, workforce management optimization, HR departments, and technology set up from the ground up. As a founder of siberX, I have tapped into the cyber ecosystem and created a community internationally. My mission is simple, to build a business process outsourcing organization constructed around cyber security.
